The 30-Day Virtual Bookkeeper Launchpad is a self-paced course, but we've seen that some participants struggle to complete all the tasks on their own or within a short timeframe. Sometimes they get stuck, feel overwhelmed, or just need a bit of motivation and accountability. That’s why we’re putting this event together to help you stay on track and actually get those daily tasks done inside the VBL.

The 30-Day VBL is a guided, action-oriented course for launching your freelancing bookkeeping journey. The Masterclass is a focused, deep-dive session on a particular topic to sharpen your skills or strategies.

As much as we’d love to share the full 30-day outline, we’re keeping the challenge element out of this round. We’re kicking off on Monday, May 26 at 8:00 AM — that will be Day 1 of the VBL. Make sure to read the email, take time to reflect on the day’s lesson, and complete the assigned task. If you encounter any challenges or have questions related to the lesson, there will be a dedicated post in the Facebook Group or Discord where you can drop your comments or ask for help.​

We won’t be creating accountability groups for this event — and that’s a deliberate choice. Our aim is to foster a space where newbies in this program can build real connections. We want to encourage genuine interaction, knowledge-sharing, and mutual support — because that’s what a true support is all about. 😊

We’d love to make this a recurring event in the Community — something we can do together every quarter or even twice a year. The VBL is all about getting started and focusing on client-getting activities, which are crucial for any freelancing business. As freelancers, it’s important to stay consistent with connecting, prospecting, and other lead generation efforts so that when a client drops off, you’re ready and able to land a new one with confidence.

🔹 Week 1: Foundation Identify your target market, core skill, and craft your offer. We’ll also optimize your online profile and map out your daily routine for success.

🔹 Week 2: Networking & Visibility Start building connections through cheerleading, LinkedIn networking, and simple outreach. We’ve included catch-up and rest days to keep you balanced.

🔹 Week 3: Direct Outreach Begin pitching on freelancing platforms, Facebook, and email. We’ll also introduce creative outreach strategies like “Drunk Friday” to help you connect authentically.

🔹 Week 4: Advanced Strategy & Action Level up with follow-ups, value-based content, and a final challenge to bring everything together and get you closer to landing your first client.
