What payment methods are accepted for membership renewal?
We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Gcash, Paymaya
How much renewal fee?
You have three options for the renewal fee of another year of membership: a one-time payment of Php 6,197, 3 part-payment of Php 2, 199 or a 7-month payment of Php 997
I really want to grab the Php 997/mo plan – can I avail it even before my renewal?
The Php 997/mo plan is applicable to all TBSA members up for renewal. It will be made available to you 1 month before your TBSA membership is due for renewal. That being said, if your membership renewal is still several months away, you will not receive an email about this offer yet. Rest assured the monthly payment plan will be available for everyone as their anniversary date draws near.
How do I renew my membership?

What happens if I stop paying the monthly payment?
If you miss the due date, your membership renewal will be forfeited, and your membership will be unenrolled.
Are there any discounts or promotions available for membership renewal?
While there are no discounts or promotions specifically for renewals, it’s important to note that renewing your membership will save you 52% compared to the cost of a new enrollment.
What happens if I don't renew my membership on time?
If you don’t renew your membership on time, you will lose access to your Student Learning Portal and our private Facebook Group & Discord. To regain access, you will be needing to re-enroll with the new enrollee rate.
Can I renew my membership for multiple years in advance?
We only allow renewals for a period of one year at a time
Can I request a refund for my membership renewal if I change my mind?
Membership fees are non-refundable, so please consider your renewal carefully before proceeding.
Will I receive a reminder for membership renewal?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder a month before your membership expiration date. This email will include instructions on how to renew.
